The Claxton-Stevens Prize 2005

The Claxton-Stevens prize is an annual award bestowed upon a furniture maker who has produced the most exemplary Craft Guild Mark for the year.

This exclusive and prestigious award that acknowledges only the very best craftsmen was won in 2005 by Martin Lane Furniture Maker & Designer . The award was given by an overwhelming decision of the Guild Mark and Claxton-Stevens Prize commitee to Martin's exquisite 'Romeo y Julieta' humidor.
